Quality Control

QUALITY BUILT INTO EVERY STAGE

QC is not a final checkpoint — it runs through material inspection, cutting, stitching, embellishment, finishing, and final packing.

Material Inspection

Incoming fabrics, trims, and accessories are checked for shade, weight, hand-feel, and defects before they ever hit the cutting table.

In-Line Production Checks

QC is embedded inside the line — seam strength, stitch density, and construction are verified continuously, not only at the end.

Measurement & Fit Review

Garments are measured against approved spec sheets across sizes to ensure consistent fit across the full production run.

Final Packing Inspection

Finished pieces are AQL-inspected, then validated for labels, hangtags, barcodes, polybags, and carton markings before dispatch.
